A Turbo Style Boot Camp

This is a fun boot camp that has lots of kicks and punches!  If you really push yourself and don’t take any major breaks, you should be able to do 7 rounds (plus a short warm-up and cool down) in 45 minutes!!  If you have less time, just do fewer rounds!

These moves are mostly inspired from Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire – just put into more of a boot camp style workout!!

Move It, Move It – Legs, Legs, Legs

This workout will leave your legs shaking – it is great!!!

Lunges and squats of all different types will have you feeling toned and strong by the end. The key here is to make sure that you are using good form during all the squats and lunges – keep your weight back in your butt on the squats and your body centered while lunging.

7 Mini Workouts or 1 Super Boot Camp

This is a workout that is great if you are short on time.  You can pick anywhere from 1 – 7 of the mini workouts to customize your workout.

Each of the mini workouts should be done for 5 minutes – keep going and do as many reps as possible during that time.  To make it more fun – track your reps and then try to beat the number the next time!!!

Pyramid Boot Camp

This has been my favorite Boot Camp  so far.  This workout was very cardio heavy but also included toning moves with  squats (200 total), push-ups(80 total), lunges (100 total).  All of the up & down between the different moves adds even more challenge.  Total time:  45 minutes including warm-up and cool-down!!!

Start with a warm-up:  easy cardio and stretching.

Pyramid Boot CampChallenge Move:  Hold elbow plank as long as possible.

Cool Down:  Walk until heart rate comes down and then full body stretch.
