Today I purposefully tried to pick a fairly easy 43 because I knew what was coming!!!
The 43 was just an oblique crunch with opposite elbow to knee. I counted 1 rep as a crunch to the right and a crunch to the left – technically 86 crunches!!!

After the 43 I moved on to the true challenge of the day.
This past summer my younger brother, Sam, and his family came to visit. Sam introduced Hunter to the M100 (M100). Hunter usually does an M30 because he is still strengthening his wrist that he broke the end of the summer.
The breakdown for an M100:
- 10 burpees
- 10 mountain climbers (4 equals 1 so 40 actually makes each 10)
- 10 double squat jumps
- Repeat 3x
- 10 burpees
These are done quickly with no break in between. The following video gives more information and a demo.

Earlier this week, Hunter and I were talking about the M100 and I said I could do 5 in a row. He said, “No way!!!” Well, that is all I needed!! It was totally on from there! I sent Sam a text and told him it was on for Saturday – he was a doubter, too.
So, earlier this morning….this took place:

(Skip at least the 1st minute – Chris is not familiar with my camera and he recorded in the wrong mode – no way was I doing the whole thing again though!!!) Actually the video is just plain bad but I put it in for proof for the doubters – Sam!!
5 M100s in 19:22!!!
Hunter now thinks I rock!!!
Have a great Saturday!!
It will be a great day here – Jordan is 14!! Happy Birthday (see post under family).
