Positive Thoughts

I know I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I have been taking Tara’s  (FamilySportLife) workshop – From Stuck to Unstoppable.  One of the things she has us do at the beginning of each week is state 3 intentions.

One of my first  intentions was to end each day with a positive thought.  The following week I  added on to that so that I started and ended each day with a positive thought.

So, this intention was going along really well until this week.  Since Monday I have struggled to come up with a single positive thought.

Hopefully smiling will help!!  Plus, it’s Fun Friday so there’s a positive!
