Today I did a 44, barely! I did an upright row with the dumbbells at an angle at the top.
I used 12 pound dumbbells and actually struggled with this move.
I think that all week I’ve tried to ignore the ache in my head and just keep going with everything that needed to get done. Today I can’t ignore it.
My head is throbbing and moving around makes me feel a bit sick so I think I’m done for now!!
