Circuit Boot Camp

Circuits are always a fun way to get in a good workout.  There should only be minimal rest in between each exercise.

This circuit does require a little bit of equipment:

  • medicine ball
  • stability ball
  • jump rope
  • step or sturdy box
  • agility ladder if available
