WooHoo!!! Chris is off today so he did all the morning car-pool runs and I got my work-out done early!!!
For my 43, I decided to take a little part of one of the Turbo Jam work-outs and use it. It was pure cardio!!! Here is the break down:
- right cross – left cross
- right upper cut – left upper cut
- double right knee (out to side) – really pull down arms
- double left knee
- single right knee – single left knee 2x
- run in place 8-count

I timed the 43 today – 7:25 of non-stop action!!!
For the rest of my work-out I pulled out one of my favorite DVDs of all times – Les Mills Pump Combat!! This work-out is SO MUCH FUN!!!! It is only 45 minutes but I love it and when I finish I know I have gotten a great work-out.
Off to clean the house, or maybe I should go shopping because it is Fun Friday!!
