Last week at this time I was anything but happy so I wrote a post about being positive to see if that would help!!! (It didn’t help much since I was also prepping for a colonoscopy.)
Over the weekend I decided that just because last week wasn’t a great one there was no reason it had to carry over into my attitude this week.
One of my goals for this week was simply to smile more!!!
I made sure that every day included at least one fun thing in addition to the stuff that had to be done.
* a jazz concert
* a trip to Target (it doesn’t take much!!)
* finally getting my nails done
* lunch with a friend
* a couple of phone calls to some of my favorite people
And the main thing I focused on this week was my attitude and trying to keep smiling no matter what!
Guess what?! This week was so much better!!!
