Like many Americans (especially locally!!!), we have been watching a lot of baseball lately.
(In case you didn’t know, the Kansas City Royals are playing!)
We really aren’t huge Royals fans but we are definitely supporting them right now.
The past couple of nights I’ve felt myself getting really wrapped up and bothered when the Royals aren’t playing well.

I have seen people of all ages react very badly when their team ends up losing a game. Even an insignificant game with much less riding on it than the title of World Series Champions.
I’m very competitive and think that we should always
Even when I’m not the one playing and am just a fan, I always want my team to win.
Saturday my favorite college team got totally shutout by K-State. Of course, I wanted Texas to win but in the big picture –
Do you ever find yourself getting overly wrapped up while watching (or playing) a game?
Do you think that in some cases it is more than just a game?
Happy Monday!!
