Almost 3 years ago I wrote my first blog post and I didn’t have a clue what I was doing.
I started this blog with the idea of documenting my daily 43s and I did exactly that for a year. When I turned 44 I decided to keep going with the daily moves so I did a daily 44. In less than 2 weeks I will hit 1000 consecutive days of daily moves (now I’m doing daily 45s)and I will continue the daily moves at least until I turn 46.
Over the past few years I have come to love my little part of the blog world. I’ve written posts that make me laugh, some that make me cry and lots of random ones.
The first time someone left a comment was such an exciting day!! I realized that there was so much more to blogging than just writing posts and hitting publish.
Blogging soon turned into one of my favorite hobbies and it was all because of the incredible people that I met and started developing relationships with.
I tried to always remember that relationships are based on trust so I have always been 100% me on my site and all of the sites I read and comment on. I know that all of my blog friends feel the same way and are authentic on their sites and with comments.
I really do feel like my blog friends are as much my friends as my friends that I see in person because we share so many aspects of our lives.
The relationships and friendships are what I will miss the most as I step away from Day-with-KT for now and really invest myself in our business(es).
I plan to keep my Bloglovin’ feed and will read blogs when I can but don’t know if I will have any more posts here (other than updating my daily 45 page). This has been a hard decision but I think it is the right choice at this point.
If we aren’t already friends on FB please send me a request Kim Griffin Turner – I would love to be able to keep up at least a little. I also share random pictures on Instagram – daywithkt and love to see other people’s equally random pictures.
I don’t have the words to truly express how much I have enjoyed these past years – THANK YOU all for reading my blog and allowing me to get to know you!!!
Happy Monday!!!
Kim

Awww why aren’t you posting any more besides your 45’s?
It was nice to read this post – it reminds me of the joys of starting my own blog 🙂
I sent you a friend request on FB if that’s okay. If you accept I will add you to my exercise and health group where you are welcome to update the group on any health posts you do in the future.
I remember my first time blogging, Like you I didn’t know what I was doing, but I have read and read other blogs and that teaches me a lot of things. Also, interacting with other like minded blogger helps me to understand more about blogging.
