Very commendable effort, especially with blocks, which enable one to go a bit (not too much!) lower for a slightly better ROM.
I’m no authority on PT, but I notice many women (and some men) with their elbows too far away from their sides when doing pushups.
That puts all the strain on the shoulders, and the arms don’t get the workout they should have.
I believe one should perform pushups with elbows close as possible to the sides, and if having trouble, do them off the knees for a while until one gets stronger.
It will enhance upper arm development and help the shoulders stay injury-free. Just my opinion.
